Postdoctoral Fellow Position at Johns Hopkins University

in Lee laboratory at Johns Hopkins University. These positions are for stem cell experts as
well as who has expertise on non-stem cell fields are preferable.
We have 2-3 open positions for postdoctoral fellow candidates in three projects of human
stem cell-based disease modeling of neural diseases, muscular dystrophies and peripheral
neural cancer. Previous stem cell experience is NOT required.
The Lee lab has been establishing novel methodologies to specify human induced pluripotent
cells (hiPSCs) into multiple lineages and to model human diseases, including induced neural
crest (Kim et al., Cell Stem Cell, 2014), peripheral neurons (Oh et al., Cell Stem Cell, 2016; Oh
et al., Nature Neuroscience, 2017), motor neurons (Lee et al., Nature Neuroscience, 2021)
Schwann cells (Mukherjee-Clavin et al., Nation Biomedical Engineering, 2019) and skeletal
muscle cells (Choi et al., Cell Reports, 2016; Choi et al., eLIFE 2021; Sun et al., JCI Insight 2021;
Sun et al., Cell Stem Cell 2022). The Lee has expanded research topics into muscular
dystrophies, demyelination diseases, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease,
