5:30 – 6:30 Poster presentation
6:30 – 7:30 Dinner and introduction of attendees
7:30 – 8:15 Keynote presentation
8:15 – 8:30 Sponsor introduction
8:30 – 9:00 Business meeting and Award Presentation

AKN Awards:
As in previous years, we will select and present AKN Outstanding Research Awards to selected AKN trainee members during the AKN meeting. There will be two categories of awards: predoctoral and postdoctoral. The number of awards may vary from 8 to 12, depending on several factors. Award recipients will be determined by 1) the quality of their abstract/poster, and 2) research accomplishment. A recipient must present a poster at the AKN meeting and be present at the award ceremony to be eligible.

Deadline – Midnight, October 29 (Friday), 2010
What to send – Brief CV (including complete publication record) and an abstract for the poster presentation.
Format of material – Either Word or PDF file.
