The 2012 AKN meeting registration (see the meeting announcement) will be done through the AKN web-site's user registration form.

1. If you already have an account on akneuro.org:

2. If you do not have an account on akneuro.org:
   • Create a new user account (you can also fill out registration info here): follow this (New User Registration Page)
   • Login and fill out the meeting registration: follow this (Meeting Registration Page)

• Section (1) is the regular site registration material.
• Section (2) is the 2012 meeting registration.
